I used whole wheat white flour and v...Great recipe! I used whole wheat white flour and vanilla yogurt, increasing the yogurt. The first time I made it I got 12 full size muffins; the second time I got 24 minis and a mini loaf as well, and also cut out half the butter, replacing it with more yogurt.
